Following vacancies are available:DesertBloom seeks qualified, proven, degreed sales people for outside sales and account management. Responsibilities will include client acquisition and assisting/consulting with those clients to most effectively meet their needs. Each Account Executive maintains their portfolio of clients and receives residuals on a monthly basis for as long as Desert Bloom services the client. This is a subcontractor-to-permanent position. For the first six months, each Account Executive receives a 15% commission on all sales and a 5% commission for all residuals. At the end of three months, Account Executives are evaluated for hire and receive a base salary, all available benefits, and NO reduction in commission.
