- Who We’re Working WithPREIMIUM BIO LEATHER
Our boots are built to last, so you can keep on adventuring, smiling, and dancing without worrying about your impact on the planet, at least not while you are wearing your DESERT BLOOM boots. We believe in freedom of expression and creativity and offering the best boots to make this possible for everyone.
Everything we create at DESERT BLOOM is thought through – from plant based bio leathers, to recycled materials in our packaging to the linings, and removable and eco-conscious footbeds, designed using PerfX with partners at Jones & Vining, for comfort and longevity.
Our outsoles are made of natural rubber, to enhance durability and abrasion. Natural rubber is derived from tree bark through a process called tapping and is a high quality resource providing natural elasticity and comfort.

- Meet The FounderHola! I’m Kristen!
Kristen Decker | Founder, DESERT BLOOM™
I’m Kristen Decker, the heart behind DESERT BLOOM. Growing up on a small farm, I was raised like a tomboy...short hair, boy clothes, never allowed to express myself as a girl. Cowgirl boots were always my escape: freedom, grit, and style all in one.
DESERT BLOOM is my way of rewriting that story. I set out to create boots that don’t just honor tradition, but carry purpose. Crafted from plant based bio leathers ,eco-friendly materials, made with local artisans, and built to last.
We’re blending Wild West spirit with a future-focused vision, proving fashion can be bold, sustainable, and empowering.
For me, it’s about more than boots, it’s about giving every woman the freedom to own who she is, feel damn good doing it, and know her style is making a difference.
