Change your mind? Need a different size or color? No problem! Returns and exchanges are 100% hassle free for items in unworn, unwashed, damaged, and unused condition within 30 days of receipt. Certain exclusions and exceptions apply. See below for details.

Candles - Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we are unable to accept returns or replacements unless a product is damaged or defective. If you experience any issues with your order, don’t hesitate to reach out. We handle customer inquiries on a case by case basis to ensure the best experience with our products. 

How to Start a Return:

Go to: https://account.desertbloom.com/orders

Enter your email and click Continue.

Check your inbox for a 6-digit verification code and enter it on the site.

Once logged in, click "Request return" on the order you'd like to return.

If your order contains multiple items, select the item(s) you'd like to return.

Choose a return reason and leave a note if needed.

Click "Request return" to submit.

 

Once your return is approved and shipping is required, you'll receive an email with your return shipping label and instructions. After the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

What are my return options?

You may choose to send back a return or use the prepaid shipping label provided when you go to Start a Return at the bottom of our home page.  Follow the prompts to get your prepaid shipping label and mail your package back to us!

DESERT BLOOM is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

 

FINAL SALE: SOLD AS-IS; NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

Certain exclusions and exceptions apply, including the following:

Gift cards cannot be returned.

Items noted as “final sale” or “non-returnable” cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Shipping fees are nonrefundable unless you receive an incorrect or damaged item.

Returned products must be shipped to DESERT BLOOM in their original packaging.

Returned products must be accompanied by the original tags.

DESERT BLOOM may refuse any request for an exchange or refund if, in Desert Bloom's sole discretion, DESERT BLOOM suspects fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or other manipulative behavior.

Once DESERT BLOOM receives your returned product, DESERT BLOOM will inspect it and perform a quality check to ensure it meets the condition as stated in this Returns and Exchanges Policy. Following inspection, DESERT BLOOM will send you a notification as soon as your refund has been processed, or your requested exchange is on its way. If you are eligible for an exchange or refund, Desert Bloom will either provide you a refund back to your original form of payment or we will ship your exchange product, as applicable.

Returns and exchanges will need to be verified and processed by DESERT BLOOM distribution center team. Please allow at least 14 days from the date Desert Bloom receives your return to process your return or exchange, with additional time for shipping allotted for any exchanges. Processing time frames may vary. Desert Bloom is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Customer Information: DESERT BLOOM reserves the right to require and electronically capture customer information from a valid state or government ID for all returns/exchanges. DESERT BLOOM may maintain a database of customer return activity, which may be used to assess and authorize returns and exchanges. Fraudulent Activity: DESERT BLOOM may suspend or cancel payment or refuse a refund or exchange request if DESERT BLOOM suspects fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or other manipulative behavior. DESERT BLOOM may contact your payment method issuer, law enforcement, or others and share information relating to your payments, purchases, and other activity, as applicable, if DESERT BLOOM believes doing so will prevent fraudulent activity, violation(s) of the law, or financial loss.
