Put your new boots to the test. If you're not satisfied, return them within 30 days for a full refund. No questions asked.
Try them on, walk around, and put them to the test.

Change your mind? Need a different size or color? No problem! Returns and exchanges are 100% hassle free for items in unworn, unwashed, damaged, and unused condition within 30 days of receipt. Certain exclusions and exceptions apply. See below for details.
Candles - Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we are unable to accept returns or replacements unless a product is damaged or defective. If you experience any issues with your order, don’t hesitate to reach out. We handle customer inquiries on a case by case basis to ensure the best experience with our products.
How to Start a Return (for Boots):
- Go to: https://account.desertbloom.com/orders
- Enter your email and click Continue.
- Check your inbox for a 6-digit verification code and enter it on the site.

Once logged in, click "Request return" on the order you'd like to return.
- If your order contains multiple items, select the item(s) you'd like to return.
- Choose a return reason and leave a note if needed.
- Click "Request return" to submit.
Once your return is approved and shipping is required, you'll receive an email with your return shipping label and instructions. After the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
