The key to maintaining the appearance and longevity of vegan leather is regular cleaning.
Start by removing excess dirt.
To clean vegan leather, use a soft cloth dampened with water or a mild soap solution to gently wipe the surface.
Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the material.

Cleaning Recommendations for Recos and BioRecos
To preserve the original appearance of the material, frequent cleaning isrecommended to prevent the buildup of dust and permanent stains.
Use a cotton cloth, soft sponge, or soft-bristled brush to avoid scratching the surface.
Avoid using cleaning products that contain solvents, lacquer thinners, nail polish remover, or products with bleach, solvents, or alcohol. These are harsh and can damage the material.
Do not add too much detergent to the cleaning solution. Excess soap will leave the material sticky and attract dirt. Add only enough to produce a few bubbles.
Cleaning Instructions for Removing Dirt and Stains
First, remove dust from the surface using a soft cloth.
Spray a white cotton cloth with soapy water (preferably using a neutral soap).
If something spills on the material, clean it as soon as possible with a damp cloth, gently pressing to absorb the liquid.
To remove the stain, dampen a soft cloth with the soapy solution.
Use a clear detergent to avoid staining the material.
When using any cleaning solution, always test it first in a hidden area. If it does not damage the material, proceed with the cleaning process.
Gently clean the stained area. Rinse with a cloth dampened in water to remove any residue, then use a dry cotton cloth and allow it to air dry.

We offer free shipping on all orders $100 and over. We also offer expedited shipping services (Next Business Day and 2nd Business Day) at checkout with the exception of PO Boxes. Returns and exchanges are 100% free for items not marked Final Sale (at time of purchase), that are in unworn or unused condition (i.e., original tags, unworn & unwashed, no scuffs on the soles of boots), and are within 30 days of receipt. If you're buying boots, we encourage you to try them on the carpet to avoid scratching the outsoles!

We offer fast and free shipping for orders over $100 within the contiguous United States (does not include Hawaii, Alaska, or US territories).
Orders shipped outside the United States, including Mexico and Canada are subject to taxes and duties that are paid for by the customer.
Do you ship worldwide?
We currently only ship to North America, including USA, Mexico and Canada only.
Please note that international shipments can take 7-14 days.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected.
